Delay to debate over emission strategy

A potential new strategy for reducing emissions on the Isle of Man has been delayed.

The Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture was due to put it to Tynwald for debate today.

However it says it's putting it back for a month so that future discussions on its content can take place.
