Incapacity assessments will once again be in the Tynwald spotlight today.
The Treasury Minister is due to make a statement on Dependability Limited - the company which has been appointed to conduct checks on benefit claimants.
It follows the withdrawal of a motion which had been tabled by South Douglas MHK Kate Beecroft - she wanted Tynwald to agree to end the contract.
However taking to Facebook Mrs Beecroft says she's acted on the advice of the Acting Attorney General - she didn't give any further details saying it would be "foolish" of her to comment further.
