People are being encouraged to get on their bike in a bid to embrace a more healthy lifestyle.
Bike 4 Life is a Manx Sport and Recreation initiative - it will kick off at the NSC in Douglas tomorrow and is designed to promote cycling in a safe and enjoyable environment.
Participants are welcome to bring their own wheels but the MSR can supply specially adapted bikes like handcycles, tandems and trikes.
It also has bikes for those with reduced or little mobility including wheelchair users, amputees and those with coordination problems.
