Spike in 'drunken juveniles' over the TT period

Investigations are underway to find out why there was a spike in 'drunken juveniles' over the TT period:

Inspector Derek Flint says the spike is a cause for concern as they're putting themselves and others at risk.

It follows a busy TT for officers - they say they want to do more research to explore the issues they came up against.

In total 110 people were arrested over the fortnight - Inspector Flint says the preparation for TT 2017 starts now:
