Incapacity assessment process being reviewed following 'failure'

Treasury says it's reviewed governance arrangements after a 'process failure' with incapacity benefit checks.
It's after it confirmed that one of the assessors working for Dependability Limited wasn't a registered mental health nurse - the staff have to be registered to carry out face-to-face assessments.
A Tynwald Select Committee was set up to investigate the decision to appoint the company and the work it has carried out since 2014 - people involved in the process have been giving evidence.
Independent abuse advisor Marcia Brabbs assisted a client who was undergoing the assessment - she says in her opinion money has been wasted:
