Business case put forward for improvements in A and E

Changing the layout of the Accident and Emergency department at Noble's Hospital could help improve waiting times.

That's according to the Health and Social Care Minister who says a business case is currently under consideration to make 'numerous improvements'.

People are currently waiting on average for three hours and six minutes - it's an increase of one hour and 30 minutes since 2013.
