SPC boss admits Ben going out of service is 'frustrating'

Taking the Ben-my-Chree out of service is "frustrating" but the Steam Packet says it "simply cannot afford to take any chances".
Sailings next week will be disrupted when the boat goes into dry dock for two days - chief executive Mark Woodward says it's a precautionary measure after they were unable to find the source of the 'unexplained vibrations'.
The company says the boat has to be "fully ready" for the TT period - a time when all vessels are operating at peak capacity.
Manannan will cover passenger services and the MV Arrow will transport freight - Mark says it's a 'prudent' approach:
