Chief denies issues are being 'left over' for next government

Legislation is being prepared to make the Isle of Man Government a single legal entity - but the decision on whether it passes will be made by the next administration.
The government is not currently recognised in law as one body with each department having its own separate legal identity.
It's claimed changing this would reduce 'internal barriers' and allow for better coordination of public services.
The final proposals will be ready after the General Election - Chief Minister Allan Bell disputes that issues are being pushed back on purpose:
