Sacked Post Office chairman Graham Cregeen won't be reinstated despite corporatisation plans falling flat.
Questions about his dismissal were raised in the House of Keys earlier this week - with a number of MHKs expressing concerns about how it was handled.
The Council of Ministers sacked the Malew and Santon MHK saying his viewpoint on the issue put him in "fundamental conflict" with the agreed policy of the Post Office board.
Tynwald later voted in favour of the principle of corporatisation but against proposals to implement it - it left Michael MHK Alf Cannan asking the Treasury Minister for clarity:
