English barrister can excercise AG powers in 'rare' circumstances

It is possible for an English barrister to exercise the Attorney General's statutory powers on the Island.
That's according to the Acting Attorney General - who admitted in Tynwald that there are circumstances that warrant the move.
Douglas South MHK Kate Beecroft questioned it after a summary court judgement suggested they can under extenuating circumstances.
