Retiring MHK claims he's 'alarmed' at Tynwald's integrity

An outgoing Onchan MHK has claimed Tynwald is "not what it seems from the outside".

Peter Karran's comments follow his announcement that he won't be seeking re-election at the General Election later this year.

The outspoken and long term critic of government was elected to the House of Keys in 1985 and went on to form the Liberal Vannin Party in 2006.
