New breast unit is 'blueprint' for health developments

The new Breast Unit at Noble's Hospital is the blueprint for health service development.

£1.7 million of donations and private sector cash funded the facility - it's now open to the public.

The Department of Health and Social Care overspent by £10 million at Noble's Hospital in the last financial year.
