Fuel poverty can't be clearly defined on the Isle of Man - that's according to the Treasury Minister.
It's claimed there's no research into what constitutes the term here or how many people are struggling as a result of it.
Recently the Cabinet Office released figures indicating that between 3,100 and 3,500 homes face difficulty with growing energy costs.
