A Douglas man who was arrested at the Sea Terminal on Saturday has admitted trying to import Class A drugs to the Isle of Man.
21-year-old Glen Batty appeared at Douglas Courthouse this morning - he was stopped by police after getting off the Ben-my-Chree on April 2nd.
He entered a guilty plea to a charge of producing cocaine and also admitted possession of the substance,with intent to supply as well as possession of morphine sulphate.
Batty has been remanded at the Isle of Man Prison until his first appearance at the Court of General Gaol Delivery on April 15th.
