Diversity education is key to unlocking equality on the Isle of Man.

That's according to the leader of UK national organisation Inclusion for All - who has trained over 9,000 teachers on how to work with LGBT students.

Shaun Dellenty was a key speaker at the International Diversity Conference event at the Villa Marina last week.
