Campaigners slam prom saga as 'shambolic'

"Shambolic" - that's how campaigners have branded government's approach to revamping Douglas Promenade.
It's after an independent planning inspector refused the Department of Infrastructure's £21 million scheme:
Murray Lambden started a Facebook campaign calling for the horse trams and cars to be kept off the walkway.
The department says an opportunity has been missed to do something "bold and inspiring" - Murray disagrees and says the whole process was flawed from the start:
