Level of household waste and recycling declines on Island

Levels of recycling and waste are reducing on the Isle of Man.
That's according to the acting executive director of policy and strategy - who's helped produce a report on new economic and social statistics.
'Isle of Man in Numbers 2016' was published this week.
It shows around 1,350 tonnes of paper and glass was collected on the kerbside in 2009 - which compares to approximately 650 tonnes in 2014.
