Trainee police officers on the Isle of Man say they're conscious of the need to ensure they focus on their own mental and physical health.
The eight student constables are over half way through their 14 weeks of classroom based training meaning the end is now in sight.
This week marks their second week of intensive interview training - assisted by a UK specialist - with a series of theoretical and practical sessions.
It's seen them cover the welfare of interviewees - something that Luke Samuels explains has also made them consider their own health and well-being:
