Changes to the way prescriptions are dished out - and how much they cost - are on the horizon.
That's the message from the Department of Health and Social Care - currently over 90 per cent of the population gets their medication for free.
Concerns were raised in Tynwald last week that money is being wasted by prescribing drugs to people who aren't using them.
It's been suggested the actual cost of the drugs should be printed on the label to show people how much they are worth.
