Hypocrisy row starts over Sefton bailout questions

'Hypocrisy' in government's 'bailout' of the Sefton Group continues to upturn confidence in the current administration.

That's the view of Onchan MHK Peter Karran - in Tynwald yesterday he asked the Treasury Minster several questions aimed at clarifying the matter.

Each query related to the group's debt as a result of a government loan under the Enterprise Act 2008 and its subsequent collection of tax and NI.
