Court for man accused of causing harm after Derbyhaven crash

A man from Union Mills has appeared in court charged with causing serious bodily harm to a motorbike rider.

23-year-old Alexander Atherton is accused of driving without due care or consideration in Derbyhaven on August 14th last year.

An application for a two week adjournment was approved - he's been bailed until his next court appearance on March 29th.
