Trainee police officers are being taught how to extract evidence from suspected criminals.
It marks the next step for the new recruits who are over half way through their induction process - last week they also completed a familiarisation visit to custody.
Officers also carried out 'Operation Homefield' - a full day practical exercise which highlighted their newly acquired skills and knowledge.
