It's hoped the construction industry on the Isle of Man could be boosted by a number of successful planning applications.
That's according to the Economic Development Minister - his comments follow news that that Island's unemployment rate has fallen.
Statistics show there were 828 people out of work in February - 102 of these were from the construction sector.
