Police seek driver who crashed and drove off

Police are appealing for witnesses after a driver failed to stop after a car crash.

A silver Citroen Saxo hit a black BMW between 11am and 1pm on Friday on Windsor Road in Douglas and then drove off.

Officers say the episode was witnessed by a member of the public who left a note on the damaged vehicle - that person has also been asked to come forward.
