Diversity lobbyists appointed on the Island

Diversity conference organisers are recruiting a cross-section of equality lobbyists.

Director of the Manx Rainbow Association Lee Vorster has been made a board member for the Isle of Man's inaugural International Diversity Conference.

It comes as the Equality Bill and Same Sex Marriage Bill make their way through the legislative process.

Around 300 delegates are set to attend the event at the Villa Marina on March 22nd - founder Jean-Paul Nguegang says 'key' organisations are still yet to sign up:
