Chief attributes earnings rise to stable economy

Earnings are on the rise because government is attempting to stabilise economic demographics on the Isle of Man.
That's the message from the Chief Minister - he say the 10 per cent income tax band, and the raised minimum wage, will reduce pressure on the poorest in society.
Earnings are calculated as being 10 per cent higher here than in the UK - which have seen a two per cent hike across the board.
