Man charged with causing serious harm to road user

A Union Mills man has appeared in court charged with causing serious bodily harm by driving without due care or consideration.

23-year-old Alexander Atherton made his first appearance at Douglas Courthouse earlier this week.

It's alleged the driving offence happened on August 14th last year.

No pleas were entered - the case has been adjourned until March 15th.
