Recruitment issues within the health service could be eased after Noble's Hospital was ranked in the top quarter of teaching hospitals in Britain.
The General Medical Council's survey placed the facility in the top 25 per cent in relation to Core Medical Training.
Six junior doctors are given placements at Noble's Hospital each year as part of the CMT foundation programme which they start after graduating from medical school.
