Team Isle of Man at the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow

Preparations for Team Isle of Man's presence at the 2018 Commonwealth Games in Australia have begun.

That's the general team manager - he's been appointed to ensure medal successes following achievements in Glasgow, Delhi and Samoa over the last six years.

Australia will host the 21st games - with 12 days of competitions involving more than 6,500 athletes and team officials.
