Disciplinary action taken after dredging scandal

Disciplinary action has been taken against staff responsible for the 'mishandling' of the dredging work in Peel:
Infrastructure Minister Phil Gawne says he's happy the matter has now been resolved under 'civil service policy'.
Last month a Public Accounts Committee found the department had 'almost completely ignored' financial regulations and not followed procedures whilst carrying out the £285,000 project.
Onchan MHK Peter Karran says he's not convinced apologies go far enough:
