Older people will see more benefit from government's 'digital revolution'.

That's the message from the Policy and Reform Minister - he was questioned as to how socially inclusive the Digital Strategy is and what's being done to get more people online.

Public-private sector partnerships have been successful so far in guiding residents to submit things like tax forms via the internet.
