Retirement to affect success of engineering sector

The engineering sector is set to lose nearly 15 per cent of its workforce over the next five years.

Out of 3,000 people currently working in the industry 470 are expected to retire.

Adrian Harrison is the engineering and manufacturing skills champion - he says they have so much work coming in they're having to turn work away.
