The boss of a roofing firm which is accused of causing a fire at Mount Murray in 2013 will stand trial.
Committal proceedings against 64-year-old Roy Cross, on behalf of Roofcraft, took place at Douglas Courthouse yesterday.
The Santon man has already denied three health and safety breaches before the lower court.
At the Court of General Gaol Delivery he reiterated not guilty pleas to two counts of failing to discharge duty and one of failing to comply with regulations on November 7th.
A pre-trial review will take place on March 18th when trial dates will be fixed - he's been bailed until then.
