Stroke patients could see a significant improvement in on-Island services.
That's according to the the Health and Social Care Minister - who'll be asking Tynwald for permission to build an extension at Noble's Hospital.
It follows a scathing report which spotlighted the Isle of Man as being "in the bottom half" of stroke care in the British Isles.
Patients now remain on Ward 7 rather than being transferred to Ward 20 for rehabilitation - Howard Quayle says he can't reveal how much the extension will cost:
