Licence decision signals first of many changes

Introducing single-part driving licences is the first step in a period of change at the Vehicle Testing Centre.

That's according to the Department of Infrastructure following news that it'll begin scrapping paper copies on expiry later this month.

It says it's having to "futureproof" and the change is "part of a bigger issue".
