Budget to be more digestible for public consumption

Transparency has taken priority as Treasury readies itself to present the 2016/17 Budget.
The Minister says changes to the 'Pink Book' are aimed at making the Island's financial planning information easily digestible to the public.
It's in preparation for the fifth and final Budget of this administration - which will be announced next week.
