The Island's finance regulator can't be forced to give evidence on the alleged ScottishPower cashback scandal.
That's according to the Chief Minister who says Westminster's All-Party Parliamentary Group needs to present findings before the Isle of Man responds to any allegations.
The Financial Services Authority has already refused to give evidence to an investigative panel of UK MPs on the £75 million saga.
