The 'Noble's Hospital Isle of Man Exposed' page on Facebook has attracted almost 2,000 followers.

People are sharing their opinions of the hospital and service they've received - with their identities and personal details being protected.

Moderators say it's designed to be a "community page" to engage discussion with people who've used the hospital
