Minister seeks ICT and e-business work permit exemptions

Should the ICT and e-business industries be exempt from work permit legislation?

That's the question the Minister for Economic Development is moving for answer in Tynwald next week - he says there's no talent on the Island to fill the roles.

Around 100 workers need to be recruited in the fast growing sector every year - it currently employs around 1,700 people.
