Douglas Council's decision to "wash its hands" of the horse trams, without consulting anyone, has been branded "unacceptable".
That's according to the Chief Minister who says he's frustrated that government has been left to pick up the pieces of the controversial decision.
Last week a working party met - led by the Infrastructure Minister - to try and salvage the historic transport link.
