Freedom of Information roll-out begins today

As of today - there's Freedom of Information within the Cabinet Office and the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture.

It's part of a pilot scheme before the Bill is rolled out to all other departments, local authorities and public bodies - set to be implemented throughout government by 2018.
