Motorists warned to stay alert for fallen trees

Emergency services are appealing to drivers to stay alert for trees blocking the roads this morning.

Several trees have fallen onto arterial routes across the Island due to increasingly high winds.

People are urged to report any non-life threatening road problems by calling the Department of Infrastructure on 850000.
