MLC labels reoccurring roadwork saga 'frustrating'

It's time the Department of Infrastructure took responsibility for poorly organised road works.

That's according to MLC Juan Turner who's querying what he describes as a lack of communication between the department and the Manx Utilities Authority.

The MUA has dug up the same stretch of road between Glen Vine and Braaid a number of times since it was laid last year.

We asked Mr Turner whether or not he feels his argument is being listened to:
