Prosperity despite rise in unemployment

The Island is still experiencing prosperity despite increased unemployment figures.

That's according to the Chief Minister - at the end of 2015 there were 861 people out of work - an increase of 75 people from November's figures.

Statistics show that there are more men unemployed with the construction sector taking the hit.
