Island charity loses contract to protect vulnerable

Vital assistance will be delivered to the Island's most vulnerable families - by a UK charity.
The Department of Health and Social Care says it will address past failures following recommendations made by Scotland's Care Inspectorate in 2013.
Family Action will launch next month - taking over from The Children's Centre.
