Ramsey opens book of condolence for Josh Caley

Josh Caley

A book of condolence has been opened for missing teenager Josh Caley at Ramsey Town Hall.

The 19-year-old is believed to have drowned after falling into Ramsey Harbour on New Year's Day.

The town's commissioners have placed it into the foyer so that people can express their sympathy to his family and friends.
