New cancer strategy being developed

A new cancer strategy is being developed which will go before Tynwald this year.

That's according to the Health and Social Care Minister - who says revamping the service provision will be prioritised in the next 12 months.

The department was subject to criticism last year as a proposed 'cancer drug fund' was rejected.
