An Onchan MHK has waded into the on-going row over the dredging of Peel Marina saying government officials should resign.
Last week the Public Accounts Committee published its findings into the procurement operation claiming the Department of Infrastructure had "almost completely ignored" financial regulations.
Minister Phil Gawne has likened the report to a "witch-hunt" - however David Quirk says he believes others will take his viewpoint when the issue is debated in Tynwald in March:
