Disabilities should never affect a candidate's ability to stand as an MHK or a person's right to vote.
That's according to the Policy and Reform Minister - who will lay the Representation of the People Act before Tynwald next week.
It'll include things like ensuring parents and the disabled aren't intimidated by dangers involved in attending polling stations.
