Smoking drivers could be fined

Smoking in vehicles in front of a child could soon carry a fine of up to £50.
That's if the public agree with regulations under the Public Health Tobacco Act.
The Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture will present the legislation before Tynwald in February - it wants to reduce young people's exposure to tobacco smoke.
